Cancels STOP and PAUSE

PAUSE {option}

Temporarily block receipt of broadcast messages. You might still receive messages sent individually just to you.
PAUSE overrides a previous STOP

Examples...

   PAUSE 14
   Pause for 14 days
   ● Day 1 is today

   PAUSE 14/9/26
   Pause until September 14th 2026
   ● Must be a future date.
   ● Messages resume on this day.

STOP {option}

Stops messages for an indefinite period. Consider PAUSE instead which temporarily blocks messages whilst you take a break.
STOP overrides a previous PAUSE

Send "STOP A" (to stop all)
Sets 'Do not contact' for you, stopping all messages indefinitely.

Send "STOP B" (to stop broadcasts)
Stop receipt of broadcast messages only. You may still receive messages sent individually just to you.
